The level of customer focus and substantive explanation you provided at every step made us immensely comfortable and highly confident that the job, upon completion, would exceed our expectations; which it did. What further heightened our sense of confidence and impressed us were the nightly update calls explaining what took place and what your staff intended to do for the following several days. As a result, during the walk-through, at completion, we felt knowledgeable about what took place and were able to appreciate the level of detail employed by your staff. Additionally, we were pleasantly surprised by how clean the house was during the walk-through; again, an example of Teran's high level of professionalism.
