Teran Services, Inc. is a family owned company big enough to handle your large painting projects and small enough to care about the details. We offer high quality painting at reasonable rates with neat workers. The business is run by a husband and wife team. We take the time to understand your painting requirements to ensure they are met. Teran Services, Inc. believes in honesty, doing the best we can do and using quality paint / stain products (such as Benjamin Moore, Sherwin-Williams, Sikkens, Cabot and UGL). We started in March 2002 and are based in New Rochelle, NY. Teran Services, Inc. is licensed, fully insured, and a Better Business Bereau, BBB, accredited business. Our painters are uniformed, friendly, courteous, dependable and neat with years of painting experience. We take pride in our work and it shows.

Teran Services, Inc. performs a variety of services such as - interior & exterior painting; application of: varnish, stain, sealant, glaze, tape, skim coat, compound, plaster, putty, caulk; decks power washed and sealed; power washing of houses, patios, decks, walkways, walls; reparation of: sheet rock, dry wall, water damage/stains, cracked walls; removal of old layers of paint, wallpaper, wall paneling; minor carpentry; minor masonry; gutter cleaning.

We understand how hard it is to have work done in your home and our goal is to make your painting project as enjoyable an experience as possible. You should be happy during all phases of the project: before, during, after. Our painting business was built on "word of mouth" and we want to continue to grow. Our services do not end the last day of your painting project, we keep in contact with you over the years to ensure everything is fine. We want to be your painter for life, not take your money and run.

The EIGHT ways Teran Services, Inc. offers you peace of mind:


  1. We do not just say we are licensed, we show you our Home Improvement license. All companies performing exterior painting in Westchester County require a Home Improvement license by law. A license gives Consumer Affairs the authority to act on your behalf should something go wrong. We are licensed in Westchester County, City of Yonkers, and the state of Connecticut.
  2. We do not just say we have workers' compensation, we show you a copy of our workers' compensation policy. We will also give you a certificate in your name if requested. Any company with employees in New York state must have workers' compensation by law. If anything should go wrong, we are covered.
  3. We do no just say we have liability insurance, we show you a copy of our liability insurance policy. We will also get you a certificate in your name if requested. Any company with a Home Improvement license in Westchester County must have liability insurance by law. If anything should go wrong, we are covered.
  4. Only 10% of the total project cost is required to begin the painting project - the rest is not due until you are 100% satisfied (See Contact Us)
